Join us as the Institute of International Bankers hosts a virtual summit to discuss the role that financial institutions play in fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion both in the workplace and in the communities they serve. Rodney E. Hood, Chairman of the National Credit Union Administration, Vice-Chairman of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council, and the first African-American to lead a federal banking regulatory agency, will deliver a keynote address. Chairman Hood was recently published in the Wall Street Journal in an op-ed addressing “How Financial Institutions Can Help America Heal.” Tom Naratil, Co-President of UBS Global Wealth Management, will give delivery introductory remarks just before Chairman Hood’s keynote.

Following Chairman Hood’s keynote, leaders from IIB member banks will join a panel to talk about what diversity and inclusion looks like at their institutions, how to think critically about equality, and what the foreign banking community in the United States can and should be doing to evolve on these issues.
